All the bees were working together as a team to produce the honey we enjoy eating. Christians working together in love and unity, effectively spread the Good News of Jesus, the Saviour of the world. Romans 1:18-3:20 has been quite depressing as, summed up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>there is no one righteous, not even one,<\/p><cite>Romans 3:10<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and further emphasised:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.<\/p><cite>Romans 3:23<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But now we have one of those wonderful phrases breaking in <em>\u201cBut &#8230; God\u201d<\/em> \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>But<\/strong> now the righteousness of <strong>God<\/strong> &#8230; is revealed.<\/p><cite>Romans 3:21<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And <strong>\u201cnow\u201d<\/strong> &#8211; it\u2019s God\u2019s time for His new age to break in whereby a right relationship between God and&nbsp; humankind is possible. We are \u201c<strong>now\u201d <\/strong>living in the last days of the old order, and in the new age of righteousness \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#f8e9c8\"><em>\u201cChrist\u2019s resurrection inaugurates the End-events of history\u201d<\/em><br><br>Albert Schweitzer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">as does the outpouring of the Holy Spirit,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>In the last days<\/strong>, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.<\/p><cite>Acts 2:17<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The righteousness of God is revealed literally in and through Jesus Christ. One aspect of it is His &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#f8e9c8\"><em>\u201c&#8230; saving action in Jesus Christ by which human sin is atoned for so that humanity\u2019s broken relationship with God may be restored\u201d<br><\/em><br>Colin Kruse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Righteousness, is a free gift of God to all who believe, to those who receive Christ by faith. We see revealed, in the cross of Christ, the saving righteousness of God <strong>and<\/strong> the judging righteousness of God. Does this not emphasise, again, and again, and goes right to the heart of the righteous character of God, that there is only one way anyone can be saved, through believing in the Lord Jesus Christ:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.<\/p><cite>Acts 16:31<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Jesus \u2026 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to humankind by which we must be saved.<\/p><cite>Acts 4:12<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quote of the week<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#f8e9c8\"><em>\u201cThere is a profound freedom in the realisation that it is God\u2019s power alone that will effect change in people\u2019s lives for His glory &#8230; through the infilling of the Holy Spirit\u201d<br><\/em><br>Tim Houston<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verse of the week<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.<\/p><cite>John 1:12<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Let\u2019s Pray<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our loving heavenly Father, we praise and magnify You, for You alone are worthy to be worshipped and adored.
